Sandrine Holt (born Sandrine ho) was born on 19 November 1973 in London. The daughter of the Chinese father and an French mother. When she was five, she was able to move to Toronto, Canada and has called it home ever since. She started out as Paris catwalk model before opting to become an actress. In 1991's Black Robe, she made her film debut in the role of Annuka. Her nomination was for Canadian Oscar nominee for this role. Rapa Nui Rise In Paradise The Legend of Pocahontas, Dance with the Murderer and Poltergeist The Uncanny Force followed. In addition, she made guests appearances in Outer Limits The Unknown Dimension as well as Poltergeist The Uncanny Force. Then, in John Woo s The Thief she was an integral part of the series over 22 episodes. In 2004, the movie Starship Troopers 2 Hero of the Federation was released, and can be seen only on DVDVHS and Resident Evil Apocalypse was released. She was given a larger character in 24: Twenty Four, as well as Runaway. Holt started her career in small guest appearances and smaller series roles. In 2013, she took on the lead role of Hostages and was also cast as a supporting character on the Netflix series House of Cards. The Returned, The Returned, the US version of The Returned, Holt played Julie Han. She was also cast in the role of Dr. Bethany Exner in 2015.
